Andersen® 200 Series Narroline® and 400 Series Frenchwood® gliding patio doors offer the option of double gliding insect screens that lock together in the center on a 4-panel unit. If the screen is not locking and has a gap between the two (2) gliding insect screens the astragal kit may be missing. The insect screen astragal kit is an item that is purchased separately. The insect screen astragal kit includes the astragal, handle pulls, locking lever and screws. The kit is ordered to match the exterior finish of the patio door. If the astragal is installed and the gap still exists between the insect screens, the insect screen may need to be adjusted. Please see Insect Screen Astragal Accessory Installation Guide (0004194) 
to ensure that all installation steps have been followed.
