Applying reflective or decorative film to an Andersen® window or patio door glass is not recommended. When the film is applied to the glass surface, it may cause heat build-up on the glass which could cause the glass to crack or break. Replacement Window Sash or Patio Door Panels

To replace the glass in an Andersen® product, the window sash or patio door panel will need to be replaced. To order a replacement window sash or patio door panel, the Series and vintage of the window or patio door are required. To identify your window or patio door Series, visit our Identify Your Product  pathway in the Andersen® Window and Door Help Center. To verify your window or patio vintage, locate the Andersen® Glass Logo .

Depending on the casement or awning picture window vintage, the window may be constructed with direct-set glass, which is replaced separately and does not require a full unit replacement.
