Replacement Parts
A-Series double-hung windows can have up to four (4) balancers per window sash. A replacement balancer kit includes balancers, dust pads, balancer cover chimney plugs, screws and head jamb plugs. To order replacement balancers, the balancer number and Product ID label are required. To find your Product ID see,Identify Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door Using a Product ID Label. To determine which replacement balancer is needed, the balancer number is required. The balancer number can be found by tilting the window sash into the home.
