Andersen® A-Series Double-Hung windows can be tilted into the home for easier cleaning.

If replacement parts are needed for your window, then the vintage of your unit will be required. To verify your window vintage, locate the Andersen® Glass Logo. This logo contains information to help determine when your product was manufactured.

When tilting the window sash into the home, make sure it is perfectly level before trying to reset it into the opening. If the window sash is uneven, it may not tilt back into the unit frame easily.
