How to Find the Product ID Label

Knowing the type of window you have can be helpful if you want to replace the unit or purchase replacement parts or accessories. Locating the Product Identification Label can help you determine the window's manufacturing date, the serial number, and other details like the dimensions.

  1. Open the upper window.
  2. Look at the head jamb, or top part of the window frame, to locate the Product Identification Label.

  1. Remove the insect screen.
  2. Open the window.
