For assistance in identifying the product or purchasing replacement parts, contact Renewal by Andersen at 1-800-441-1109. Additionally, locate the Product Identification Label, which includes the manufacturing date and the product's serial number on all Renewal by Andersen products.
Renewal by Andersen Product Label
The location of the Product Identification Label varies by window type. To find the label on your window, first identify the window type from the list below:
Double-Hung Window: Lower the upper sash and look at the head jamb for the label.
Gliding Window: Remove the insect screen, open the window, and look at the head or side jambs for the label.
Casement Window: Remove the insect screen, open the window, and look at the head or side jambs for the label.
Awning Window: Remove the insect screen, open the window, and look at the head or side jambs for the label.
Picture Window: Remove the sill stop. To remove the sill stop we highly recommend contacting us for assistance.
