Andersen offers various conventional insect screen options for 400 Series Frenchwood® Hinged patio doors and 200 Series Hinged Inswing patio doors. TruScene® insect screens are not available for patio doors. Insect screens for hinged patio doors have the option of either single-hinged or double-hinged insect screens or gliding insect screens.

Hinged Insect Screens

Hinged insect screens are available for 1-panel and 2-panel hinged inswing patio doors. 1-panel insect screen is for a single-hinged inswing patio door.

Gliding Insect Screens

Gliding insect screens are available for 1-panel and 2-panel double-opening hinged inswing patio doors. Hinged patio doors with one stationary, non-opening, panel and one active panel are factory prepped for gliding insect screens. A double insect screen upper track must be installed onto the hinged patio door unit frame prior to the installation of the unit.
