Locate System 2 or Millenium Window Product ID Label

The location of the Product ID label varies depending on the window type.

Casement, Awning, and Gliding Windows

Open the window and remove the insect screen if your window has one.
The product ID label should be located on the head or side jambs (the pieces that form the top and sides of a window frame).

Double-Hung Window

Lower the upper window sash, the glass and its framing.
The product ID label should be located on the head jamb, the piece that forms the top of a window frame.
