The operator handle and cover options available for your Andersen® casement or awning window will differ depending on the date your unit was manufactured (vintage). To determine your window unit vintage, locate the Andersen® Glass Code  (implemented on casement and awning windows starting in 1952). If your window sash has been replaced, the glass code will not provide an accurate date to determine the vintage, please use the glass code located on another window purchased at the same time.

 

Operator handles and covers for casement and awning windows manufactured between 1995 to present will not work on casement windows manufactured prior to 1995.
