Andersen® 100 Series casement windows use an operator to open and close the window sash. The operator consists of a gear mechanism and operator arms that extend and retract to open and close the window.
To identify the replacement operator needed for your window, open your window sash and locate the Product Identification (ID) label in the upper right-hand corner of the window frame. See Locate Product Identification Label and Measure Andersen® 100 Series Windows for help finding your label. You can also visit Identify Your Product Guided Help Pathway to help identify your product.
Split Arm Operator (Dyad Arm)

Dual-Arm Operator
Operator type is based on single sash unit sizes over 26", and dual sash unit sizes over 50".

The type of operator used on your window is determined based on the unit size. To determine your unit size, see Determining the Size of Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door. The casement window widths listed for each operator type below refer to the first two (2) digits of the unit size callouts.
