1. Order Parts
All three (3) styles of 100 Series weatherstripping
are available online from the Andersen Parts Store and can be used on either a 100 Series casement or awning window.
| Primary Weatherstrip: One piece that covers the entire perimeter of the window sash. |

Primary Weatherstrip (Located on Perimeter of Sash)

Leaf Weatherstrip: Two (2) pieces located on the sides of the window sash that are closest to the outside of the home.

Top Rail Bulb Weatherstrip: One (1) piece located at the top of the window sash and is closest to the inside of the home.

2. Install Parts
These instructions apply to all three weatherstripping styles.
- Using needle-nose pliers (if needed), pull the existing weatherstripping out of the window sash's channels.
- Remove any dirt or debris from the location of the existing weatherstripping by cleaning the area with mild soapy water and a soft cleaning cloth.
- Insert the new weatherstripping into the channel where the existing weatherstripping was located and press it into place.
Note:
- The primary weatherstrip is one piece. Be careful not to pull the weatherstrip too tight around the corners.
- There should be no gaps where the ends of the weatherstrip meet. This intersection should be at the upper part of the window sash sides, not the top or bottom of the window sash.
