- Once on the phone with a representative, you can share photos with us in two (2) ways:

When on the phone with an Andersen® representative, we can send you a text message containing a secure link that uses your smartphone's camera to live-stream with the representative assisting you. The live-stream provides the same real-time perspective for both you and the representative to diagnose the issue.
A representative can also assist you with uploading existing photos you may have taken.

After calling Andersen® for assistance, if you are unable to live-stream with a representative or the representative needs additional photos, you can email them to us. The representative will provide the email address and walk you through sending the images over the phone.
Photos help us confirm the style and arrangement of your windows or patio doors and clearly see the reported concern. If the photos do not show the issue clearly, please take one (1) or two (2) additional close-up images of the area you are concerned about. See below for examples.
