Important: When tilting the window sash back into the home, make sure it is perfectly level before attempting to reset it into the opening. If the window sash is uneven, it may not tilt back into the unit frame easily. On windows with wash assists, check to ensure the wash assist is not preventing the window sash from returning to the unit frame. The wash assist handles are located on the unit frame.
