We recommend following the instructions in this article to clean your insect screen's mesh and frame at least once a year. If you live in a coastal, industrial, or agricultural area with higher levels of airborne materials like dirt, dust, smoke, and salt spray, we recommend following these instructions at least every three (3) months.

- Soft-bristle brush
- Mild soapy water
- Clean water

Clean the Insect Screen's Mesh
- Clean the insect screen's mesh with mild soapy water and a soft-bristle brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Clean the Insect Screen's Frame
- Clean the insect screen's frame with mild soapy water and a soft-bristle brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Use a soft cleaning cloth to completely dry the frame.
Important: Painting the insect screen's frame is not recommended. Instead order a replacement insect screen, if desired.
