To remove an insect screen(s), please do so with care and allow for proper storage. Instructions for insect screen removal can be found in the insect screen installation guides 
, located under the Technical Documents tab. Clean the insect screen(s) following the instructions found in Cleaning Your Andersen® Insect Screen Mesh and Frame before moving them into storage.
Insect screen(s) should be properly supported during storage to prevent possible damage. Place the insect screen(s) against a flat, sturdy surface to help prevent bending and bowing of the insect screen mesh or frame. Insect screen(s) can be stored lying flat or in an upright position as long as they are properly supported.
In best practice, the storage area should be dry and well ventilated. Make sure that no objects could fall on the insect screen(s). Pressure should not be applied to the insect screen mesh or frame.
