Locate Product Identification Label (2007 - Present)
|

If your product was manufactured before 2007, please continue to the next section.
|
|
The Product Identification (ID) Label was implemented on products beginning in 2007. All products manufactured 2007 - Present will have a Product ID label, which provides information on the product, size, color and other important identification details. See Identify Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door Using a Product ID Label.
If your product was manufactured after 2007, please locate the Product ID label. For assistance locating the Product ID label, see the Product Label Identification Guide (9051877) .

Locate the Andersen® Glass Logo
|
|
 Locate the Andersen® glass logo on your window sash. The glass logo is etched into the glass surface and is usually located in the bottom corner.
See Glass Type Identification for Andersen® Windows and Patio Doors to view additional glass logo examples.

If you have located the glass logo, please record the information displayed around the glass logo in the space provided below. Please do not include tempering info which may include the word, "tempered," and is not near the Andersen Windows triangle logo.
If you are unable to locate the glass logo on your window sash, please contact us for further assistance.

Visible Interior Glass Dimensions
