Andersen® 200 Series Perma-Shield® Narroline® double-hung windows use jamb liners in the unit frame. The jamb liners are made of vinyl and line both the sides and top of the interior of the unit frame. The jamb liners are the interior surfaces the window sash slides along when being raised or lowered.

Replacement jamb liners are  available in both White and Gray to match the exterior color of your window. Jamb liners become fragile over time. Consider replacing all four (4) jamb liners: head, right upper, right lower, and left. To order replacement jamb liners, the size, handing, and exterior color of the unit are required.
