Remove Andersen® Insect Screens
To remove an insect screen(s), do so carefully and store them properly. Instructions for removing insect screens can be found in our insect screen installation guides. 
Guidelines for Properly Storing Andersen® Insect Screens
- We recommend cleaning your insect screen(s) before storing them by following the instructions found in Clean Your Andersen® Insect Screen's Mesh and Frame.
- Insect screen(s) should be properly supported during storage to prevent possible damage. Either:
- Place the insect screen(s) against a flat, sturdy surface to help prevent bending and bowing of the insect screen mesh or frame.
- Lay the insect screen(s) flat or upright, ensuring they are properly supported.
- The storage area should be dry and well ventilated.
- Make sure that no objects can fall on the insect screen(s).
- Pressure should not be applied to the insect screen mesh or frame.
