- 1/8-inch hex key
Let's Get Started
1. Order Replacement or New Exterior Keyed Lock
- Before ordering a replacement exterior keyed lock, determine your existing hardware finish so you can order a matching replacement. For Andersen hardware styles and finish options available on hinged patio doors, see Hinged Patio Door Hardware Styles and Finish Options.
- A replacement Keyed Lock Assembly
can be purchased online from the Andersen Parts Store.
- This will include two (2) cut keys and an entire lock assembly.

Components of a Hinged Patio Door Keyed Lock Assembly: Lock Cylinder, Keys, and the Lock Housing
Note: If you have more than one hinged patio door, you can get Andersen exterior keyed locks and key them alike. One key can open several doors. To order multiple exterior keyed locks that are keyed alike, or for other questions, Contact Andersen® Windows and Doors.
2. Install Exterior Keyed Lock
To install exterior keyed locks, follow the instructions in the Exterior Keyed Cylinder Installation Guide (0005155)
