Let's Get Started
Replace One (1) Key from a Set
All Andersen® exterior keyed locks on gliding and hinged patio doors should come with a set of two (2) keys. If you have only lost one (1) of them, Andersen® offers replacement blank keys
for purchase online from the Andersen Parts Store. A locksmith or hardware store should then cut the blank keys correctly to match/copy the existing key.
Replace an Entire Set of Keys
For security reasons, if an entire set of keys goes missing, we cannot replace it. We also cannot provide lock cylinders or keyed locks that match your existing exterior keyed lock. You can either replace the existing exterior keyed lock cylinder or order a new assembly. Ordering details vary depending on whether you have a gliding or a hinged patio door.
- If you have multiple patio doors that use the same key and an entire set of keys goes missing, all the exterior keyed lock cylinders or assemblies would have to be replaced.
