1. Order Parts
Replace Lock Cylinder
On an existing exterior keyed lock, the cylinder (see image to the right for labeled parts), the portion that fits into the lock housing, can be replaced without ordering an entire replacement lock assembly.Contact Andersen® Windows and Doorsfor ordering assistance.

Replace/Add Full Lock Assembly
If you would like to replace or add an exterior keyed lock to your hinged patio door(s):
First, determine your existing hardware finish so you can order a matching replacement. For Andersen hardware styles and finish options available on hinged patio doors, seeHinged Patio Door Hardware Styles and Finish Options.
A replacementkeyed lock assemblycan be purchased online from the Andersen Parts Store.
This will include two (2) cut keys and an entire lock assembly.
