Step 1: Locate Product Identification Label (2009 - Present)

If the product was manufactured before 2009, please skip to Step 2.

Identify Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door Using a Product ID Label. The Product Identification (ID) label was implemented on products beginning in 2009. All products manufactured 2009 - present will have a Product ID label, which provides information on the product, size, color and other important identification details.

 

If the product was manufactured after 2009, please locate the Product ID label, which is located on the bottom hinge of a 3-hinged door panel, and the second (2) hinge from the bottom of a 4-hinged door panel.

Step 2: Locate the E-Series Glass Logo

Locate the E-Series glass logo on the patio door. The glass logo is etched into the glass surface and is usually located in the bottom corner.

If the glass logo has been located, please record the information displayed around the glass logo in the space provided below. Please do not include tempering info which may include the word tempered and is not near the E-Series logo.

Step 3: Daylight Opening Dimensions

From the interior of the home, please measure (in inches) the glass surface you can see and touch, also known as the daylight opening. For additional information, please see How to Measure Glass in Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door.
