Locate the Product Identification label (Product ID label) to identify your Andersen® product. The label can be found on windows and patio doors manufactured from 2007 to present. Enter the information from the label in the Identify Your Product Guided Help pathway to find detailed information about your Andersen® window or patio door, or Contact Andersen® Windows and Doors to provide the label information to our knowledgeable Solution Center representatives.
The location of the Product ID label varies based on the window or patio door type and Series. More information can be found in the Product Identification Label Guide (9051877) . Label examples are shown below, organized by window and doors, then by product Series and date of manufacture. The Product ID number is highlighted in orange.
Andersen® Windows and Doors
100 Series

200 Series / 400 Series
200 Series and 400 Series have variations by product type and date.
400 Series and 200 Series Products (2003 - July 29, 2007)
400 Series and 200 Series Products (July 30, 2007 - Present)
400 Series Flexiframe®, Springline™ and Arch Windows (1990 - Present)
The Product ID label and etched glass logo are shown below for products 2002 - Present. The etched glass logo includes the FX Order number.
400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows (2002 - 2008)
400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows (2009 - 2016) Seven (7) Digit ID Number
400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows (May 2016 - Present) 10 or 11 Digit ID Number
Woodwright® Double-Hung product ID stickers have been updated to include a minimum of ten (10) digit ID numbers. If the Product ID number is longer than eight (8) digits, enter only the first seven (7) digits when searching.
A-Series
A-Series has one (1) main label type.
On A-Series hinge patio doors, if the Product ID label is missing from the head jamb, check the panel near the hinge.
A-Series Products (2008 - Present)
E-Series
E-Series has one (1) main label type.
E-Series Windows and Patio Doors (April 16, 2009 - Present)
Complementary Windows and Doors
Look for an etched glass logo with a production number (P-number). The P-number is used to identify the product line and line number (highlighted in orange). Wood panel doors designed without a glass insert have an identifying product number on the hinge.

Andersen® Big Doors
The label on all MultiGlide™ doors is located in the head jamb at the primary panel.

Folding Outswing Door (2009 - Present)
Clad outswing folding doors have an identification logo etched on the bottom right corner of the glass as viewed from the interior.
Retractable Screen Doors for Gliding Patio Doors (Feb. 2024 - Present)
Retractable screen product ID label
Retractable screen doors manufactured from February 2024 - Present for Andersen® gliding patio doors have a Product ID label on the back of the active retractable screen housing (your configuration determines the active side). Once the retractable screen is installed, the Product ID is no longer visible.
