Your Product Identification label (Product ID label) is found on all Andersen® windows and patio doors manufactured from 2007 to the present. Most products will have an identification label. Some products may have the Product ID etched in the glass near the Andersen® logo.

Your Product ID label provides information about your Andersen® window or patio door, including the Series, size, color, glass type, and more. It also contains an identification number that is used for warranty registration or when seeking service or parts for your Andersen product.

1. Locate Product Identification Label (Product ID Label)
The location of the Product ID label varies by the type and Series of the window or patio door. Use theProduct Identification Label Guide (9051877)to help locate your specific product's label.
2. Find Identification Information
Once you have found your Product ID label:
Use ourIdentify My Producttool. To do so, select your product type, then enter the Product ID number.

100 Series: 100 Series windows and doors have Product ID label variations depending on the product type and manufacturing date.

SLD Label (2008 to 2018): Some Product ID labels begin with SLD.
122 Label (Mid 2015 to Present): Some Product ID labels begin with 122.
54 Label (Mid 2015 to Present): Some Product ID labels begin with two (2) digits.
2500 Label (2025 to Present): Some Product ID labels begin with four (4) digits.
How to Find Product ID Label and Measure Andersen® 100 Series Windows
200 Series / 400 Series: 200 Series and 400 Series windows and doors have Product ID label variations depending on the product type and manufacturing date.
400 Series and 200 Series Products (2003 - July 29, 2007)
400 Series and 200 Series Products (July 30, 2007 - Present)
The Product ID label and the etched glass logo are shown below for products from 2002 to the present. The etched glass logo includes the FX Order number.
400 Series Flexiframe®, Springline™ and Arch Windows (1990 - Present).
Note: Woodwright® Double-Hung Product ID labels have been updated to include a minimum of ten (10) digit ID numbers. If the Product ID number is longer than eight (8) digits, enter only the first seven (7) digits when searching.
400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows (2002 - 2008)
400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows (2009 - 2016) Seven (7) Digit ID Number
400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows (May 2016 - Present) 10 or 11 Digit ID Number
A-Series: A-Series has one (1) primary Product ID label type.
Location: The head jamb, the inside of the top of the window or door's frame that's visible when it's open.
On A-Series hinged patio doors, if the Product ID label is missing from the head jamb, check the door panel near the hinge.
A-Series Products (2008 - Present)
E-Series: E-Series has one (1) primary Product ID label type.
E-Series Windows and Patio Doors (April 16, 2009 - Present)
Complementary Windows and Doors
Location: These have an etched glass logo with a production number (P-number) on the glass. The P-number identifies the product line and line number (highlighted in yellow).
Wood-panel doors without a glass insert have an identifying product number on the hinge.

Andersen® Big Doors
Location: The Product ID label on all MultiGlide™ doors is located in the head jamb, the inside of the top of the door's frame that's visible when it's open, of the primary door panel.
Clad folding outswing doors have an identification logo etched in the bottom-right corner of the glass, as viewed from the interior.
Location: Retractable screen doors manufactured from February 2024 - Present for Andersen® gliding patio doors have a Product ID label on the back of the active retractable screen housing (your configuration determines the active side). Once the retractable screen is installed, the Product ID is no longer visible.
