To order interior removable grilles, you can either:
Important: If ordering through the Andersen® Online Parts Store, interior removable grilles are only available for purchase for the following product lines:
- 400 Series casement
- 400 Series awning
- 400 Series tilt-wash double-hung
Information Needed Before Ordering
If you'd like assistance ordering, attempt to gather the following information before contacting Andersen:
- Locate the Product ID label on your window or door. For instructions, see Identify Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door Using a Product ID Label.
- Determine visible glass measurement (width × height). For instructions, see Measure Andersen® Window or Patio Door Glass.
- Determine your window or door's product line (Series or Collection), or visit Explore Product Series on Andersen's website to research it.
Additional Items to Consider Before Ordering
Knowing the following information for the replacement or new grille that you'd like can also speed up the ordering process:
- Style of sash or panel
- Traditional: Wider bottom profile for a classic French look
- Contemporary: Narrow bottom profile for more light
- Glass stop profile (the shape and overall look)
- Grille pattern and number of grille bars
- Interior grille bar profile (the shape and overall look)
- Grille bar width
- Exterior grille color (if you have these already)
- Interior grille color and wood species (e.g., Pine, Oak)
- Grille alignment (e.g., custom alignment with product above or below)
