The Identify My Awning Window Worksheet is designed to walk you through gathering the necessary information to identify your Andersen® product, accessories and features. We recommend that you follow the product identification process so that you may:

 

Purchase and receive the correct replacement part(s) for your Andersen® product.

Locate the care and maintenance guide for your Andersen® product.

Locate installation and/or replacement guides for your Andersen® product.

Step 1: Locate Product Identification Label (2007 - Present)

If your product was manufactured before 2007, please skip to Step 2.

The Product Identification (ID) Label was implemented on products beginning in 2007. All products manufactured 2007 - Present will have a Product ID label, which provides information on the product, size, color and other important identification details.

 

If your product was manufactured in 2007 or later, please locate the Product ID label. For assistance locating the Product ID label, see the Product Label Identification Guide (9051877) Opens in a New Browser Tab.

Step 2: Locate the Andersen® Glass Logo

Locate the Andersen® glass logo on your window sash. The glass logo is etched into the glass surface and is usually located in the bottom corner.

If you have located the glass logo, please record the information displayed around the glass logo in the space provided below. Please do not include tempering info which may include the word "tempered" and is not near the Andersen Windows triangle logo.

Step 3: Visible Interior Glass Dimensions

From the interior of the home, please measure (in inches) the glass surface you can see and touch, also known as the "unobstructed glass dimension". For additional information, please see How to Measure Glass in Your Andersen® Window or Patio Door.

Record the width and height, including fractional dimensions, in the space provided below. (example: 67 ⅛" )
